Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within five (5) business days. Shipments or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In the event of a high volume of orders, we will communicate any potential delays via your registered email address.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

luxuryin Luxury utilizes DHL and GDEX for our shipments. The estimated shipping rate for a handbag- or watch-sized item is approximately USD 100.

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery timeline is 1 to 2 business days.
  • Sabah and Sarawak: Estimated delivery timeline is 2 to 3 business days.

Please note that our shipping times are provided as a guideline and are based on the time of dispatch. luxuryin Luxury is not responsible for customs clearance delays or failed payment approvals, although we will make every effort to minimize potential delays.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your shipment has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via your registered email address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

luxuryin Luxury is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

luxuryin Luxury is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to any country, with the shipping cost being the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates vary depending on the size of your shipment.

  • Asia-Pacific Region: Estimated delivery timeline is 3 to 5 business days. There will be no customs clearance and logistic handling process.
  • Europe and the United States: Estimated delivery timeline is 5 to 7 business days, though it may take longer for certain countries.

Customs or import duties will be charged once the package arrives at its destination, if applicable. Our assigned courier company will contact you regarding any duties to be paid.
